In 2013, FIRST Team 1676 the Pascack Pi-oneers wrote and illustrated a children’s book titled Lily the Learner.
This children’s book follows the journey of a young girl who learns about women in STEAM careers.
In this interactive storybook app, you can read about Lily in eight different languages: Spanish, French, Mandarin, Italian, Farsi, German, Japanese and Russian.FIRST Team 1676 is a robotics team founded in 2004 and located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
Currently comprised of 75 members and 27 mentors, the Pi-oneers mission is to inspire the next generation of thinkers, doers, and achievers.
The team not only strives to build a successful robot every season, but also to exhibit the many life-skills necessary to succeed beyond FIRST Team 1676.
